Gift Voucher FAQs

  • When will my Gift vouchers be received?
  • Voucher orders received before 9:30am BST time will be processed and dispatched the same day. LBC aim to delivery the package within 1 to 3 days.
    Orders placed after 4:30am Saturday (UK time) will be processed on Monday.
  • How are the vouchers delivered to the recipient?
  • The vouchers are delivered by LBC. Please ensure the recipients name and address is accurate together with relevant contact number. If the recipient is not available, a message card will be left at the address with the package returned to the nearest LBC branch. The package will be held for 7 days before it is returned. An email will be sent to you notifying failed deliveries.
  • My order has not arrived – what should I do?
  • If you are concerned about the late delivery of your order or the update emails. Please contact our Customer Service team. Our vailability information is updated regularly but it is possible that in some instances, the product may become unavailable between updates. In these cases, we will endeavour to keep you informed about the progress of your order. We will also let you know if it’s necessary to cancel your order.
  • Are the vouchers transferable?
  • Yes, as long the recipient signs for the package, the vouchers can be given to someone else.
  • Can I cancel my Gift Voucher?
  • Unfortunately an order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed.
  • How does my recipient redeem a Gift Voucher once received?
  • It’s simple to redeem a Gift Voucher, simply take your voucher to one of the 4300 stores nationwide to pay for your item. Vouchers can be used at more than one place (please see the list of participating outlets). A listing will be provided to the recipient of establishments in the nearby area.
  • What are the expiry dates on the vouchers?
  • The Gift Vouchers will have an expiry date printed on the voucher. Vouchers are usually valid for one year after the date they are issued.
  • Can a refund be obtained on a Gift Voucher?
  • No, refunds cannot be given on Gift Vouchers.
  • What happens if I lose my gift vouchers?
  • Gift Vouchers should be treated like valuables. They cannot be replaced if lost.Please keep them in a safe place!
  • What if only a fraction of the value of the Voucher is consumed at the time it is used, can the balance be consumed at a later time and in another branch?
  • Each P100 value Voucher is valid for a single purchase only during which the entire amount must be consumed. No change shall be given even if the customer's purchase is less than the amount of the Voucher. Any amount exceeding the P100 denominated voucher must be paid in cash or additional vouchers.
